Every event is special, no matter how big or small it is. It is essential that each individual component must fit together perfectly to complete the package and ensure your event is absolutely amazing. Xtreme Vortex supply activities for events and have experience working on hundreds of events ranging from activity days, family fun days, conferences, team building days and Christmas parties, just to mention a few and we know how important each individual event really is.

Each event is different and a client’s individual needs must be met. When it comes to hiring activities for events, Xtreme Vortex prides itself on providing you with great activities that work for your event. We have a large selection of indoor activiites, outdoor activities and inflatables available and all activities are owned by us so you are not paying any agent fees. Sometimes our clients come to us and know exactly what activities they are looking for and sometimes they rely on our advice to help them decide which activities to incorporate into their event. Whether you are looking to hire an activity or corporate event ideas, we are always happy to talk ideas through and explain how activities can work for your event.

I honestly believe that each individual event is important and that is one of our values here at Xtreme Vortex. We believe each individual event is important and I know how important it is to feel like you can trust a supplier. We have all arranged an event at some point in our lives and you know how important that event is to you. It may have been a party for friends, a family day out or even a wedding, whatever the event we all know it is so important to build a relationship with your suppliers and have trust in them to deliver.

I recently got married and it was very interesting to experience the event industry from the other side. I am used to being the supplier for events and now the boot was now on the other foot. I was the one looking for the suppliers and experiencing what all my clients experience, it really did make me think and although I knew what people look for it was unbelievably interesting to experience it first hand.

I was a bride and I knew the suppliers I was talking to deal with hundreds of brides each year and I was about to experience the decision making process all my clients experience when organising their events. I have to say what really helped me make my decisions was how the supplier treated me. I have always said that you should treat all clients how you would like to be treated yourselves and I believe this is what makes good service.

I would like to share with you an example of the process I went through when picking a photographer for my wedding. There are so many to choose from and each individual has their own style of photography so the first step was to choose the style I liked. This then narrowed the list down and my future husband and myself went to visit the ones on our list. Our decision was easy, why?

1 – we loved the photographers pictures
2 – The photographer was absolutely lovely and could not have been more helpful. He made me feel completely comfortable and I knew I could trust him with one of the important elements of our day.

I knew that he speaks to hundreds of brides every year but he still made me and the wedding to my future husband feel special.

The point I am trying to make is that every event is special and no matter how many events a supplier is involved in, each event deserves the upmost attention. When you are looking for a supplier you should be able to trust them to deliver, it is YOUR event and it is special to YOU.

Indoor Team Building Event

Housing Association Team Building Day in Kent Indoor Team Building Event   In late November we held a team building day for a housing association with of over 200 members of staff from all ends of the business. The objectives of the day were to create a fun atmosphere with the usual light hearted (or not so light hearted) competition. This included a variety of activities such as our Laser Tag arena, Team Building Puzzles, Bungee Basketball, Scalextric Racing, Pit Stop Challenge and Bungee Run, which the participants enjoyed thoroughly.  The activities were integrated in a way that all staff members could get involved  with some being physical activities while other being more about planning and strategy.
